Full payment is required at the time of online booking to secure your appointment. -Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the full payment. -In the event of severe weather or emergency circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion By completing an online booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
